摘  要:结合国内外相关研究,本文首先对超声伪影的特点进行了分析,包括:发生的必然性与普遍性,形式的多态性与发展性,成因的多元性。然后分析了超声伪影的分类方式,按照发生的环节可分为信息采集伪像、信息加工伪像、图像处理伪像;依超声医生是否可控分为系统伪像和操作伪像;按照对医生诊断思维过程的影响可分为干扰伪像和指示伪像。超声伪像不能完全消除,但可以识别和利用。通过通读查阅相关文献,本文总结了超声伪影的一系列应对策略,以期为相关的研究与应用提供参考。The characteristics of ultrasonic artifacts, including the inevitability and universality of occurrence, the polymorphism and development of forms, and the diversity of causes, were firstly analyzed in this paper by combining with the domestic and international studies. Then the classifi cation of ultrasonic artifacts was analyzed. Different classifi cation purposes could be classifi ed into different categories, which could be divided into information collection artifacts, information processing artifacts, and image processing artifacts. It was divided into system artifact and operation artifact according to whether or not it could be controlled by a doctor of ultrasound; And it could be divided into interference artifact and indication artifact according to its infl uence on the doctor’s diagnosis of the thinking process. The ultrasonic artifacts could not be completely eliminated, but they could be identifi ed and used. Through reading the relevant literatures, a series of coping strategies of ultrasonic artifacts were summarized in this paper, with a view to providing references for relevant researches and applications.
