摘　　要：目的实现放疗体位固定模具的信息化管理。方法列举传统放疗体位固定模具管理中存在的问题,阐述体位固定模具信息化管理的目标、创新之处及具体实施方案。结果废除了传统的管理方式,利用扫码技术实现了模具信息的格式化数字录入,可全程追溯模具的使用情况,并建立了库存预警机制。结论信息化管理系统的应用,实现了体位固定模具管理的信息化、科学化和标准化,提高了科室的工作效率,减轻了工作人员的工作量,同时便于质量控制管理与风险分析。Objective To realize the information management of immobilization devices in radiotherapy. Methods The problems in traditional management were listed, and the objectives, innovation and specifi c implementation of the information management of immobilization devices in radiotherapy were set out. Results The traditional management was abolished and the format digital input of immobilization devices was achieved with the scanning technology, which could be traced back to the appliance of the devices. What’s more, an early warning mechanism of inventory was established. Conclusion The application of information management system had realized the informatization, scientifi cation and standardization of the immobilization device in radiotherapy, improved the work effi ciency of the department, reduced the workload of the staff, and facilitated the quality control management and risk analysis.
