摘　　要：目的为加强全市范围内各医院感染管理。方法通过在医生工作站中嵌入传染病自动监控软件,实现集团各医院内传染病信息集中报告,并实时上传至中国疾病预防控制信息系统,提高医院传染病报告的效率和质量。结果传染病自动监控软件的嵌入优化了传染病报告流程,实现了及时、准确、全面地收集集团各医院内有关传染病情况,并及时上报。结论本方法减少了系统漏报、迟报现象的发生,提高了传染病报告管理工作的效率和质量。Objective To strengthen the management of infection in hospitals within the city. Methods By embedding infectious disease automatic monitoring software in the doctor’s workstation, the centralized report of infectious disease information in all hospitals of the group was realized and uploaded to the Chinese disease prevention and control information system in real time, which improved the effi ciency and quality of hospital infectious disease report. Results Because of the embedding of automatic monitoring software of infectious diseases, the process of infectious disease reporting was optimized, the relevant infectious diseases in the group hospitals were collected and reported timely, accurately and synthetically. Conclusion The occurrence of system omission and delay is reduced, and the effi ciency and quality of the report management are improved.
