摘　　要：目的为进一步落实国家食品药品监督管理总局发布《医疗器械冷链(运输、贮存)管理指南》中的相关内容,保证医院冷链医用物资的使用安全。方法使用PDCA质量管理工具,通过制定制度流程,完善软硬件设备,加强培训监管与行政管理等方式,推进院内冷链器械物资运输、贮存管理制度的落实与规范。结果医院冷链器械物资各个环节的落实率由改善前的47.2 0%升至改善后的100%。从事冷链相关工作的人员知识掌握合格率达到88.57%。结论我院冷链器械物资管理实现了持续改进,并基本达到行业管理指南的要求。Objective In order to further implement the provisions of Medical Equipment Cold Ch ain（Transportation and Storage） Management Guidelines, which is released by the China Food and Drug Administration, and to ensure the safety of hospital cold chain medical supplies. Methods PDCA cycle was used as a quality management tool. Meanwhile, the met hods in cluding i nstitutional management, equipment man agement, information management and administrative management were used to promote the standardization process of the transportation and storage cold chain medi cal instruments. Results The implementation rate of the cold chain medical in struments during the transportation and storage increased from 4 7.2% to 100%. The qua li fi ed rate of cold chain knowledge in relevant sta ff reached to 88.57%. Conclusion The management of cold chain equipment and materials in our hospital has been continuously improved, and it has met the requirements of the industry management guide.
