摘  要:根据某船用C型LNG燃料储罐技术参数建立储罐内部热力学模型与增压管路系统传热及流动模型,采用单一变量法计算分析LNG组分、环境温度、初始压力、初始充注率对储罐内压力变化的影响规律,采用Matlab软件进行多元线性回归分析,结果表明,初始充注率和初始压力是船用燃料储罐自增压过程的关键影响因素,环境温度对自增压过程影响不大,天然气组分对船用燃料储罐影响可忽略不计。The self-pressurization process of the marine LNG fuel storage tanks was researched by establishing thermodynamic model of the marine C-form LNG fuel storage tanks and heat transfer and exchange model in the booster line system,adopting the simple variable method to calculate and analyze the rule for the impact of the LNG components,ambient temperature,initial force,initial fullness rate on the internal pressure change of the storage tanks. A multiple linear regression analysis was performed by using the Matlab to analyze the key influence factors. The result indicated that the key influence factors on the self-pressurization of the marine fuel storage tanks are the initial fullness rate and the initial force,the impact of the ambient temperature on the self-pressurization is insignificant,the influence of the natural gas components upon the storage tank is negligible.
