摘　　要：信息技术的发展正日益深刻地改变着人类出行以及生活方式,需要更为专业的交通信息产业化人才以支撑这一新交通形态。结合"新工科"人才培养需要,通过构建实践教学、工程训练、学科竞赛、社会实践和创新创业活动"五位一体"的创新型工程人才培养体系,建立完善服务于后交通时代的新型教育教学模式,以培养"工程实践能力强、创新创业能力强、具备国际竞争力的高素质复合型交通信息化人才"为目标,推动"新工科+交通"的产业化人才培养探索与实践,以满足"双创"时代背景下对交通信息产业化发展的人才需求,支撑我国交通运输产业的良性发展。The transportation and lifestyles have been changed greatly with the development of information technology,which consequently needs more professionals. Combining the needs of cultivating professionals of emerging engineering education（3 E）,establishing and improving the new educational and teaching mode with the purpose of cultivating the high-quality and excellent professionals in order to explore further the way of cultivating the professionals,which is to meet the needs of professionals for the industrialized development of transportation information.
