摘　　要：推进落实司法责任制,是本轮检察改革的核心内容,是我国检察制度的重大变革。经过司法责任制改革,检察长与检察官的办案权限得以初步划分,检察官的主体地位在制度上初步建立,新的办案责任机制初步形成。在改革过程中,也面临着主任检察官与部门负责人、主任检察官负责制与承办负责制之间关系没有理清,检察官主体地位不够彻底,检察委员会改革力度不足以及司法责任难以落实等困境,影响了司法责任制改革的实效。下一步,改革的重点仍然是继续推进并落实司法责任制改革的各项任务和改革举措,针对存在的问题与不足,有针对性地进行完善与纠偏,确保司法责任制能够落地生根。As the main contents of the procuratorial reh）rm, the judicial responsibility system has a essential role, and it will brings a significant change to the procuratorial system. Through the reform, the procurators＇ dominant role has been consolidated, and the new mechanism has been es- tablished basically. However, there also has these problems of that the procurators＇ dominant role needs to be strengthend, the reform of the procuratorial committee is largely invisible. And, there is also a conflict between the director procurator and the head of the department, between the director procurator responsibility system and the undertake responsibility system. The next step, the key point of procuratorial reform is advancing the refoml mission established, pettier the judicial respon- siblity system, and then ensure the reform measures will come true.
