摘　　要：西门子840D数控系统是世界很多数控机床厂家普遍选用的一款数控系统,其特点是:系统稳定、操作简单,成本较低。840D系统主要由4部分组成:NCU(数控单元)、MMC(人机交互装置),PLC(可编程控制器)、驱动器,而西门子840D系统常见的组态方式都是从左至右是电源模块、NCU、主轴模块、进给轴模块。而这其中而出现问题频率最多的是NCU、主轴模块、进给轴模块这三部分。本文笔者将自己实际维修中遇到的具有代表性的问题进行剖析,用具体的报警来解释一般如何对西门子840D常见的问题进行诊断和维修。SIEMENS 840 D CNC system is a numerical control system widely used by many CNC machine tools manufacturers in the world. Its characteristics are： stable system, simple operation and low cost. The 40 D system mainly consists of 4 parts： NCU（NC unit）, MMC（man-machine interactive device）, PLC（programmable controller） and driver, while the common configuration mode of SIEMENS 840 D system is power module, NCU, spindle module and feed shaft module from left to right. The three most frequently encountered problems are NCU, spindle module and feed shaft module. In this paper, the author analyzes the representative problems encountered in the actual maintenance and explains how to diagnose and repair the common problems of SIEMENS 840 D with specific alarm.
