摘　　要：发展足球是建设体育强国的重要内容,本研究运用文献资料法与比较研究方法,对日本职业足球管理问题进行了讨论,研究认为日本职业足球管理经验:充分发挥国家及社会的作用;实施分阶段管理,针对性强;主管部门应权责分明,互不干涉。研究提出对中国职业足球发展的启示:发挥学校体育的主导作用;制定分阶段训练管理模式;赛事运作管办分离,国家简政放权。Revitalizing football is an inevitable requirement of building a sport powerful country, this paper used methods of literature study and comparative analysis to give a comprehensive overview of Japan Professional Football Management, and points out： play the function of state and society; apply the way of phased management; clarify responsibilities and rights of governments at all levels. On the basis of the research, the development of Chinese Professional Football Management and its inspiration： play the role of school sports; formulate a phased management model; play the way of ＂Separation between Management and Operation＂ in Chinese Professional Football.
