摘  要:研究目的:本研究旨在通过Bruce次极量等运动试验,分析运动低氧面罩进行训练对心肺功能、呼吸肌和身体成分的影响。方法:选取12名未经过体能训练的普通男大学生,分为实验组和对照组,隔天进行4km跑步,为期6周,并在实验前、中、后期进行最大吸气压、肺功能(最大摄氧量、最大通气量、呼吸商等指标数据)的测定。最后总结分析面罩对心肺功能的影响以及在训练中的作用。结果:(1)两组脂肪量和体脂率与实验前相比有显著性下降(P<0.05),其中实验测试后正常训练组体重平均下降1.25kg,脂肪量减少1.71kg(降幅17.6%),体脂率下降2.4%;呼吸面罩组体重平均下降2.51kg,脂肪量减少1.05(降幅7.7%)kg,体脂率下降1.48%。(2)吸气肌肌力指数和最大摄氧量与实验前相比均有显著性提升,但是每组之间的差异不显著,其中正常训练组的肌力指数增加24.78,增幅为25%,最大摄氧量增加8.24,增幅为21.4%;呼吸面罩组的肌力指数增加16.95,增幅为15.4%,最大摄氧量增加8.24,增幅为24.7%。结论:(1)呼吸面罩更适用于有一定体能训练基础的人员;(2)增加了能量的消耗,起到较好的减肥作用。(3)有助于提高人体爆发力、速度和耐力素质。Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of exercise hypoxia mask on cardiopulmonary function, respiratory muscle and body composition through the exercise test of Bruce submaximum. Methods: 12 ordinary male college students who were not trained in physical training were selected to be divided into the experimental group and the control group. The four kilometers of running in the next day lasted for 6 weeks, and the maximum inspiratory pressure, cardiopulmonary function(the maximum oxygen uptake, the maximum gas volume, the respiratory rate, etc.)were measured before, during and after the experiment. At last, the effect of mask on cardiopulmonary function and its function in training were summarized and analyzed. Results: the two groups of fat mass and body fat were significantly less than before the experiment(P0.05). The average weight of the normal training group was dropped by 1.25 kg, and the body fat decreased by 1.71 kg, and the body fat dropped by 2.4%; The respiratory mask group had an average weight loss of 2.51 kg, and the amount of fat decreased by 1.05(by 7.7%)and the body fat rate decreased by 1.48%. Inspiratory muscle strength index and VO2 max compared with before the experiment was significantly increased, but no significant difference between each group. The strength index of normal training group increased 24.78, an increase of 25%, VO2 max increased 8.24, an increase of 21.4%. The strength index of respiratory mask group increased 16.95, an increase of 15.4%, VO2 max increased 8.24, an increase of 24.7%. Conclusion:(1)breathing mask is more suitable for personnel with certain physical training foundation.(2)increase energy consumption and play a better role in weight loss.(3)it helps to improve the quality of explosive force, speed and endurance.
