摘 要:试验旨在研究日粮添加酮戊二酸对生长肥猪生长性能、氮平衡、钙磷代谢及骨成分的影响。选择84 d健康、体重接近[(40.08±0.56)kg]的杜×长×大商品猪80头,随机分成2组,每组5个重复,每个重复8头。采用玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂在基础日粮中添加10 kgα-酮戊二酸,试验共进行4周。结果显示:日粮添加酮戊二酸对平均日增重有提高趋势(P=0.08);与对照组相比,酮戊二酸组对猪只平均日采食量和料重比的影响无显著差异(P>0.05)。日粮添加酮戊二酸对生长肥猪氮摄入量无显著影响(P>0.05),但粪氮排泄量有降低趋势(P=0.09),氮沉积量有升高的趋势(P=0.07)。试验组尿氮排泄量、总氮排泄量及氮排泄量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),氮表观消化率及蛋白质利用率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组与试验组对钙磷摄入量及尿磷排泄量的影响无显著差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验组显著降低了粪磷和粪钙排泄量(P<0.05),钙沉积量有升高趋势(P=0.06);试验组较对照组显著提高了磷沉积量和钙磷表观消化率(P<0.05),显著降低了粪钙和尿钙排泄量(P<0.05)。日粮添加酮戊二酸较对照组显著提高了股骨灰分、磷、钙含量及骨密度(P<0.05),但对照组与试验组对胫骨成分的影响无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,在本试验条件下,日粮添加酮戊二酸可以降低尿氮和总氮排泄量,提高钙磷利用率,同时提高股骨钙磷含量及骨密度。酮戊二酸可以改善生长肥猪氮、钙和磷的代谢和利用率。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of supplementation of Ketoglutarate on growth performance,nitrogen balance,metabolism of calcium and phosphorus,and bone components of growing pigs. Eighty Duroc × Yorkshire × Landrace pigs were randomly allotted to 2 groups with 5 replicates of 8 pigs. The control diet was corn-soybean meal basal diets,the trial group diet was supplementation of 10 kg Ketoglutarate per ton in the basal diet and the trial last 4 wk. The results were shown that pigs receiving the Ketoglutarate diet tended to increase in average daily gain(P=0.08),while this supplement had no effect on average daily feed intake and feed gain ratio when compared with the control group(P〉0.05). The intake of nitrogen did not differ signifi cantly between diet groups(P〉0.05). Fecal nitrogen tended to decrease(P=0.09)while nitrogen retention(P=0.07)tended to increase for pigs fed with Ketoglutarate when compared with the control group. However,excretion of total nitrogen and urine,and the total N nitrogen emission rate were signifi cantly lower for the trial group(P〈0.05). Therefore,apparent nitrogen digestibility and protein utilization were signifi cantly higher than levels measured in the control group(P〈0.05). The intake of Ca and P and the level of P in the urine were not affected by the Ketoglutarate supplement(P〉0.05). Ca retention tended to increase for pigs fed with Ketoglutarate(P=0.06). However,when compared with the control group,P retention was signifi cantly higher(P〈0.05)and the daily amounts of Ca excreted via the faeces and urine were signifi cantly lower(P〈0.05). The inclusion of Ketoglutarate in the diet increased the concentrations of ash,P and Ca in the femurs,as well as the bone density compared with the control group(P〈0.05)while not infl uence those values in the tibia(P〉0.05).
