靶点射频联合激光叠加消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨靶点射频联合激光叠加消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症与单纯激光消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效比较。方法采用随机对照试验方法,将2012年3月~2016年3月收治的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者按随机数字表分为两组。其中试验组60例,采用靶点射频联合激光重叠消融治疗;对照组60例,单纯采用激光消融治疗。按Mac Nab标准评定,评定术后6个月的治疗效果,并采用Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表评价两组患者术后各时间段的生存质量改善情况。结果试验组总有效率95.0%,对照组总有效率81.7%,两组临床治疗的总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后两组生活质量均有大幅改善,但观察组的改善效果更明显(P<0.05)。结论靶点射频联合激光叠加消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症优于单纯激光消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of target radiofrequency plus laser ablation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and laser ablation for lumbar disc herniation. Methods From March 2012 to March 2016,120 cases of lumbar disc herniation were divided into two groups according to the random number table.Sixty patients in the trial group were treated with target radiofrequency plus laser ablation.Sixty cases in the control group were treated with laser ablation alone.According to Mac Nab standard,the therapeutic effect of 6 months after operation was evaluated.The Oswestry Disability Index questionnaire was used to evaluate the improvement of quality of life in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 81.7%.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The quality of life of the two groups improved significantly after operation,but the improvement in the observation group was more significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Target radiofrequency plus laser ablation for lumbar disc herniation is better than laser ablation for lumbar disc herniation.
