摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺增生并发膀胱结石形成的影响因素。方法选择2014年1月~2017年1月在佛山市高明区人民医院泌尿外科住院治疗并诊断为前列腺增生并膀胱结石的60例患者作为观察组,前列腺增生无膀胱结石的60例患者作为对照组。收集国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、膀胱内前列腺突入程度(IPP)、前列腺移行区体积(TZV)、排尿量(VV)、剩余尿量(PVR)、膀胱出口梗阻指数(BOOI)、前列腺总体积(TPV)、最大尿流率(Qmax),分析其形成因素。结果经单因素分析,年龄、尿流动力学检测参数Qmax、经直肠前列腺彩超TPV、TZV、IPP差异均有统计学意义(t=2.248、4.754、2.216、5.031、6.409,P<0.05)。结论尿流动力学检测参数Qmax、经直肠前列腺彩超TPV、TZV、IPP与前列腺增生并发膀胱结石相关。Objective To investigate the factors influencing the formation of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones. Methods In the Department of Urology of the People＇s Hospital of Gaoming District in Foshan,60 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder stones were treated as observation group,and 60 patients with BPH without bladder stones were selected as control group.The international prostate symptom score（IPSS）,the degree of prostatic protrusion in the bladder（IPP）,the volume of prostate transitional area（TZV）,the volume of voiding volume（VV）,the residual urine volume（PVR）,the bladder outlet obstruction index（BOOI）,the total prostate volume（TPV）,the maximum flow rate（Qmax） were collected,and its formation factors were analyzed. Results By single factor analysis,there were significant differences in age,urodynamic parameters Qmax and transrectal color Doppler ultrasound TPV,TZV,IPP between two groups（t=2.248, 4.754,2.216,5.031,6.409,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Urinary flow kinetic parameters Qmax and transrectal color Doppler ultrasound TPV,TZV and IPP are associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones.
