垂体后叶素联合酚妥拉明治疗支气管扩张大咯血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察垂体后叶素与酚妥拉明联用治疗支气管扩张大咯血的临床疗效。方法随机将我院2016年4月~2017年6月收治的64例支气管扩张大咯血患者分为两组,A组和B组各32例,A组联合垂体后叶素与酚妥拉明进行治疗,B组单纯采用垂体后叶素进行治疗,对两组患者用药后的治疗情况进行比较。结果 A组总有效率为93.8%,不良反应发生率为6.3%,B组分别为75.0%和28.1%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与B组相比,A组止血时间和住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清钠、血清钾水平的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清氯水平的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论垂体后叶素联合酚妥拉明治疗支气管扩张大咯血的疗效确切,值得推广及应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pituitrin combined with phentolamine in the treatment of bronchiectasis with massive hemoptysis. Methods Sixty-four cases of bronchiectasis with massive hemoptysis admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,A group and B group,32 cases in each group.Group A was treated with pituitrin and phentolamine,while group B was treated with Pituitrin alone.The treatment of two groups of patients after medication was compared. Results In group A,the total effective rate was 93.8%,the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.3%,and the B group was 75.0% and 28.1%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Compared with group B,the hemostasis time and hospitalization time of group A were significantly shortened（P〈0.05）.There was statistically significant difference in serum sodium and potassium levels between the two groups after treatment（P〈0.05）,and there was statistically significant difference in serum chlorine levels（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pituitrin combined with phentolamine in the treatment of bronchiectasis with massive hemoptysis has definite curative effect,and is worthy of popularization and application.
