摘　　要：目的探讨精浆IL-8在畸形精子症中的检测意义。方法采用选取Diff-Quik法对244例不育患者的精子形态进行分析,根据精子形态将男性不育症患者分为精子形态正常组(正常精子形态≥4%)和畸形精子症组(正常精子形态<4%)。应用酶联免疫吸附实验法(ELISA)对精浆IL-8含量进行分析。结果精子形态异常组精浆IL-8为(2.09±0.73)mg/m L,高于精子形态正常组的(1.72±0.31)mg/m L(t=5.34,P<0.01);在畸形精子症组,形态正常精子百分率与精浆IL-8水平存在显著负相关性(P<0.01);精浆IL-8水平与单纯头部畸形精子百分率、尾部畸形精子百分率、TZI和SDI存在显著正相关性(r分别为0.78、0.34、0.75和0.75,均P<0.01),与中段畸形百分率、胞浆残留百分率无明显相关性。结论精液中IL-8水平升高与精子形态异常密切相关,有助于发现畸形精子症的原因,便于临床治疗以及探讨男性不育的发病机制。Objective To investigate the significance of seminal plasma IL-8 in the detection of sperm malformation. Methods The sperm morphology of 244 infertile patients was analyzed by the choice of Diff-Quik method.According to sperm morphology,male infertile patients were divided into normal sperm shape group（normal sperm shape ≥ 4%） and abnormal sperm group（normal sperm shape 〈4%）.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（Elisa） was used to analyze the content of IL-8 in seminal plasma. Results The seminal plasma IL-8（2.09±0.73）mg/m L in the abnormal sperm shape group was higher than that in the normal sperm shape group（1.72±0.31）mg/m L（t=5.34,P〈0.01）.In the abnormal sperm group,there was a significant negative correlation between the percentage of normal morphology sperm and seminal plasma IL-8 level（P〈0.01）.There was a significant positive correlation between the seminal plasma IL-8 level and the percentage of pure head deformity sperm,tail deformity sperm percentage,TZI,SDI, respecti vely（r=0.78,0.34,0.75,0.75,P〈0.01）.There was no significant correlation between the seminal plasma IL-8 level and the percentage of deformities in the middle segment and the residual percentage of cytoplasm. Conclusion The level of IL-8 in semen is closely related to the abnormal sperm morphology,which can help to find the cause of abnormal sperm disease,facilitate clinical treatment and explore the pathogenesis of male infertility.
