摘　　要：目的探析特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)采取人血免疫球蛋白冲击治疗的临床疗效。方法将2013年10月~2017年8月我院通过诊断后确诊为ITP患者81例纳为参研的样本,依照随机数字表法分成常规组与研究组,前者实施常规治疗;后者在常规治疗的基础上加用人血免疫球蛋白冲击治疗。经统计学分析比较两组疗效、血小板指标、出血症状以及血小板抗体改善的优劣。结果研究组总疗效高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后血小板指标均得到改善,与治疗前比较构成统计学意义,其中研究组改善的程度大于常规组;研究组出血症状与血小板抗体改善的效果优于常规组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗ITP时采用人血免疫球蛋白冲击治疗能够获得令人满意的效果,可减少止血用时,优化血小板指标,临床推荐价值高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of human immunoglobulin shock therapy on idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP）. Methods Eighty-one patients diagnosed with ITP after diagnosis in our hospital from October 2013 to August 2017 were were enrolled in the study,and were divided into conventional group and research group according to random number table method.The former was treated with routine treatment,while the latter was treated with human blood immunoglobulin shock therapy on the basis of routine treatment.The curative effect,platelet index,bleeding symptom and improvement of platelet antibody were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group（P〈0.05）.The platelet indexes of the two groups were improved after treatment,which was statistically significant compared with those before treatment.The improvement of the study group was greater than that of the conventional group;the effect of bleeding symptoms and platelet antibody improvement in the study group was better than that of the conventional group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of human immunoglobulin impact therapy in the clinical treatment of ITP can achieve satisfactory results.It can reduce the use of hemostasis,optimize the platelet index,and have high clinical recommendation value.
