摘　　要：目的研究Angiosome理论指导膝下动脉成形术治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法选择我院2015年12月~2016年12月收治的糖尿病足患者40例,均采用Angiosome理论指导膝下动脉成形术治疗,比较患者术前术后各项指标。结果术后ABI、TcPO_2两项指标均显著优于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前症状评分显著优于术后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前生存质量各项指标显著优于术后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后FBG、PBG以及Hb Alc水平均明显低于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对糖尿病足患者采用Angiosome理论指导膝下动脉成形术,能够达到较高临床疗效,显著改善患者临床症状,血糖得到下降,在临床中具有较高意义。Objective To study the efficacy of Angiosome theory in guiding the treatment of diabetic foot by inferior genicular arteria plasty. Methods Forty patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected.All patients were treated with Angiosome theory for inferior genicular arteria plasty.The preoperative and postoperative indexes were compared. Results The two indexes of ABI and TcPO_2 were significantly better than those before operation,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Preoperative symptom scores were significantly better than those after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Preoperative quality of life indicators were significantly better than those after surgery,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The level of FBG,PBG and Hb Al C after operation were significantly lower than those before operation,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion By using Angiosome theory to guide inferior genicular arteria plasty,it can achieve a high clinical effect,improve the clinical symptoms and decrease the blood sugar,which is of great significance in the clinic.
