摘  要:目的建立离子液体提取金银花中绿原酸的最佳方法。方法分别考察并优化了离子液体微波法和离子液体水浴加热法提取金银花中绿原酸的条件,并进行了比较。结果优选出最佳提取方法为:V_([C4MIN][BF4])/V_水为4∶11的离子液体水溶液、液料比为30、400 W微波提取2.5 min。在该工艺条件下绿原酸平均得率为为3.238%。结论该方法不仅提取率最高,而且快速、环保、节能。Objective To establish the optimum method of extracting chlorogenic acid from Jinyinhua( Lonicerae Japonicae Flos) by ionic liquid. Methods The conditions of extraction of chlorogenic acid from Jinyinhua( Lonicerae Japonicae Flos) by ionic liquid microwave and ionic liquid bath heating were investigated and optimized,respectively,and the comparison was made. Results The optimum extraction method was as followed: the composition proportion in aqueous solution of ionic liquid was V([C4 MIN][BF4])/V(water) as 4/11,the ratio of liquid to material was 30,the extraction process was performed by 400 W microwave for 2.5 minutes.The average yield of chlorogenic acid was 3.238% under this processing condition. Conclusion The method is fast,environmentally friendly and energy saving,with higher extraction rate.
