软外理论指导下的改良粗毫针治疗颈性头晕头痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察软组织外科学(简称软外)理论指导下,选用经改良的、直径0.4mm的粗毫针行压痛点密集型针刺治疗颈性头晕头痛临床疗效。方法将本院2015年3月~2017年3月的100例颈性头晕头痛患者随机分为两组(治疗组和对照组),每组50例,治疗组50例患者采用压痛点密集型粗毫针针刺治疗,对照组50例患者采用传统细毫针按经络穴位治疗,治疗10d后观察两组患者的临床疗效和疼痛评分情况。结果治疗组患者中治愈的有35例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率为90.0%;而对照组患者中治愈的有10例,有效15例,无效25例,总有效率为50.0%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的疼痛评分高于对照组的疼痛评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用压痛点密集型粗毫针针刺治疗颈性头晕头痛的效果显著优于传统细毫针按经络穴位治疗的效果,不仅患者痛苦减少、容易接受,操作还方便快捷、迅速取效,因此值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of neck dizziness headache by using a modified and diameter 0.4 mm thick needle for pressing pain point intensive acupuncture under the guidance of the theory of soft tissue surgery. Methods One hundred patients with cervical dizziness and headache in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups（treatment group and control group）,with 50 cases in each group.In the treatment group,50 patients were treated by intensive needle therapy with intensive pressure points.50 patients in the control group were treated with traditional thin needles at meridians and acupoints.After treatment 10 d,the clinical efficacy and pain score of the two groups were observed. Results In the treatment group,35 cases were cured,10 cases were effective,5 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 90.0%.In the control group,10 cases were cured,15 cases were effective,25 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 50.0%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The pain score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of cervical dizziness and headache with intensive needling intensive point acupuncture is superior to that of traditional thin needles treated by meridians and acupoints.Not only the pain of patients is reduced and easy to accept,but also the operation is convenient,quick and effective.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
