摘 要:综述近年人参皂苷分析测定方法的研究新进展。人参皂苷有多种分析测定方法,主要有比色法、高效液相色谱法、超高效液相色谱法、高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用法、超高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用法及胶束电动毛细管色谱法等。对以上几种方法在检测人参皂苷类成分中的具体应用分别进行了介绍,并在此基础上进行了总结与展望。This paper reviews the new research progress on the analytic determination methods of ginsenoside in recent years. There are many analytic determination methods of ginsenosides,mainly including colorimetry,high performance liquid chromatography,ultra high performance liquid chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography. The specific application of the above methods in the determination of ginsenosides are introduced respectively,and on this basis,the summary and prospect are carried out.
