摘 要:目的主要对药学干预影响合理使用抗生素的临床影响进行分析和探究,以便于探究有效的药学干预措施,从而促进临床上抗生素应用合理性的提升。方法为了提升抗生素的合理使用性,本医院开展药学干预,通过随机抽取我院呼吸科的168例患者的进行回顾性分析,并对168例患者干预前的临床资料进行分析和比较研究,以观察抗生素受药学干预之后的变化情况,通过比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果通过研究表明,与干预前相比,临床上抗生素不合理应用的发生率有明显的降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前后抗生素不合理应用发生率分别为25.60%、15.48%,其中具体的抗生素应用不合理现象主要集中于:换药过频、剂量过大、联合用药不合理、抗生素未按PD/PK 2给药等,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.271,P<0.05);对比分析干预前后患者平均住院时间,干预后有明显的缩短,差异有统计学意义(t=7.822,P<0.05),与干预前相比差异具有统计学意义。结论临床上抗生素的应用范围非常广,但是不合理应用现象也是比较普遍的,通过合理有效的药物干预,能够有效的减少其不合理应用发生率,并缩短患者的住院时间,对于患者疾病的治疗是有利的,值得在临床应用中推广。Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effects of pharmaceutical intervention on rational use of antibiotics so as to explore effective pharmaceutical intervention measures and promote the rationality of antibiotic use in clinic. Methods In order to improve the rational use of antibiotics, pharmaceutical intervention was carried out in our hospital. One hundred and sixty-eight patients in respiratory department of our hospital were randomly selected for retrospective analysis,and the clinical data of 168 patients before intervention were analyzed and compared to observe the changes after antibiotic intervention and the therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared. ResultsThe results showed that the incidence of irrational use of antibiotics was significantly lower than that before intervention(P〈0.05).The incidence of irrational use of antibiotics before and after intervention was 25.60% and 15.48% respectively.The specific irrational use of antibiotics was mainly concentrated in the following aspects:excessive change of medicine,excessive dosage,unreasonable combined use of antibiotics,failure to administer antibiotics according to PD/PK-2,etc.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.271,P〈0.05).Compared with the average hospitalization time of patients before and after intervention,there is a clear shortening after the intervention(χ2=7.822,P〈0.05), the difference was statistically significant compared with that before intervention. Conclusion The clinical use of antibiotics is very wide,but irrational use of antibiotics is also common.Through rational and effective drug intervention,the incidence of irrational use of antibiotics can be effectively reduced,and the hospitalization time of patients can be shortened.It is beneficial to the treatment of patientsundefined disease and is worth popularizing in clinical application.
