肺功能检查在小儿哮喘及咳嗽变异性哮喘中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析肺功能检查在小儿哮喘及咳嗽变异性哮喘的应用价值。方法选取我院2017年1~11月期间收治的哮喘及咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿80例作为研究组,选取同期健康儿童80例作为参照组,对比两组患儿肺功能指标及观察组患儿常规检查和肺功能检查准确率。结果除去研究组缓解期患儿与参照组的肺功能各项检查指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组患儿在急性期和持续期内,其FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF、RV与参照组间均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);哮喘患儿肺功检查准确率为95.0%、常规检查准确率为80.0%,咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿肺功能检查准确率为92.5%、常规检查准确率为52.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿哮喘及咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿应用肺功能检查的准确度更高,有利于患儿尽早治疗并恢复健康,可在临床中予以使用和推广。Objective To analyze the application value of pulmonary function test in children with asthma and cough variant asthma. Methods Eighty cases of asthma and cough variant asthma treated in our hospital from January 2017 to November 2017 were selected as the research group.80 cases of healthy children in the same period were selected as the reference group.The lung function indexes of the two groups were compared,and the accuracy rate of routine examination and lung function examination of the observation group were analyzed. Results There was no difference in lung function between the children in the research group and the reference group P3 0.05.There were significant differences in FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF and RV between the research group and the reference group during the acute phase and duration（P〈0.05）.The accuracy rate of lung function examination in children with asthma was 95%,the accuracy rate of routine examination was 80%.The accuracy rate of pulmonary function examination in children with cough variant asthma was 92.5% and the accuracy rate of routine examination was 52.5%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Children with asthma and cough variant asthma have higher accuracy in applying pulmonary function examination,which is beneficial to the treatment and recovery of children as soon as possible.It can be used and popularized in clinical practice.
