肿瘤患者护理中无痛病房护理的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的研究并探讨无痛病房护理在肿瘤患者护理中的应用效果。方法入组对象选择我院住院部2015年10月~2017年10月期间收治的80例恶性肿瘤患者,在计算机中按照随机数字表法将这80例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组,40例/组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施无痛病房护理,比较两组恶性肿瘤患者的癌痛缓解效果、疼痛评分、负性情绪评分、睡眠质量评分、护理满意度。结果观察组的癌痛客观缓解率为90.00%,对照组为72.50%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后的静息疼痛评分、运动疼痛评分、负性情绪评分、睡眠质量评分均较护理前显著降低(P<0.05),而在护理后,观察组的静息疼痛评分、运动疼痛评分、负性情绪评分、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意率为95.00%,对照组为80.00%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在恶性肿瘤患者中开展无痛病房护理,可有效缓解患者癌痛,有利于减轻癌痛对患者情绪和睡眠质量的干扰,使患者对护理服务更加满意。Objective To study and discuss the application effect of painless ward nursing in cancer patients＇ nursing. Methods Eighty patients with malignant tumor admitted to our inpatient department from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected.The 80 patients with malignant tumors were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method in the computer,40 cases/group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given painless ward nursing. The pain relief effect,pain score,negative emotion score,sleep quality score and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients with malignant tumor were compared. Results The objective remission rate of cancer pain was 90.00% in the observation group and 72.50% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The rest pain score,exercise pain score,negative emotion score and sleep quality score of the two groups of patients after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing（P〈0.05）.However,after nursing,the rest pain score,exercise pain score,negative emotion score and sleep quality score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.00%,while that of the control group was 80.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The painless ward nursing in patients with malignant tumors can effectively relieve cancer pain of patients,help to reduce the interference of cancer pain on patients＇ mood and sleep quality,and make patients more satisfied with nursing service.
