摘 要:为了探究传播距离、结构、接收角度、部件等因素对气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)局部放电光信号传播特性的影响规律,根据实际GIS结构尺寸,建立仿真模型。研究了不同距离、不同GIS结构、不同放电源位置以及存在带通气孔绝缘子的条件下,光学传感器接收光子数和光通量的变化规律。结果表明:传感器接收的总光子数和最大光通量随着光信号传播距离的增加而减小;传播距离相同时,L型结构中传感器接收的光子数和光通量约为直线型结构的55%,T型结构约为直线型结构的35%;放电源位于导杆四周不同位置时,传感器正对放电源时检测到的总光子数和最大光通量最大,其他角度下检测结果相似,放电源位于外壳四周时,传感器检测到的光信号相差不大;光信号通过带通气孔的盆式绝缘子时,相同距离下传感器接收的光子数仅为不存在绝缘子时的14%,光信号明显减弱。A simulation model is constructed according to the real size and structure of a physical GIS(gas insulator switchgear)to analyze the effects of propagation distance,structure,receiving angle and component on the characteristics of optical signals excited by partial discharge in GIS.The photon amount and luminous flux detected by optical sensor under the conditions of different distance,different GIS structure types,different positions of discharge source and existing insulator with air hole are investigated.It is found that the photon amount and luminous flux decrease with the increasing distance between optical sensor and discharge source.The photon amount and luminous flux detected by the sensor in the L type GIS reach 55% and 35%in the T type GIS of that in the line type GIS.The photon amount and luminous flux detected by the sensor both are the largest when the discharge source directly faces the senor.The results are similar when the discharge source is at the other positions.When light signal propagates through the insulator with air hole,the photon amount is only 14% of that through one without insulator.
