摘　　要：概述了国内外聚酯工业丝的工业化技术应用、产品开发等方面的进展,主要包括高黏度熔体直接纺丝、高强-高模量纤维的生产、提高纤维的尺寸稳定性和阻燃性以及其他使用性能等工业化技术。指出聚酯工业丝工业化技术发展趋势可以分为4个方面:进一步优化传统生产技术,缩短工艺流程以提高聚酯工业丝的市场竞争力;适应应用市场的专业需求,开发具有新技术且技术特征明显的新产品;以技术手段改善现有聚酯工业丝的性能来适应产业链可持续发展的趋势;进一步提升聚酯工业丝的高性能化。The latest progress in the commercialization technology and product development of industrial polyester yarn was described,mainly including the high-viscosity melt direct spinning,high-strength high-modulus fiber production and the commercialization technologies for improving the size stability,flame retardance and other performance. It was pointed out that the development trend of industrial polyester yarn commercialization technology would involve four aspects： further optimizing the traditional production technology and shortening the technological process in order to enhance the market competitiveness of industrial polyester yarn,satisfying the speciality demand of the application market by developing novel products having outstanding novel technological characteristics,improving the performance of industrial polyester yarn through technological innovation to meet the sustainable development trend of the industrial chain,and further strengthening the high performance of the industrial polyester yarn.
