摘  要:目前主要采用螺杆钻具为管道非开挖技术中扩孔钻头提供扭矩,但现有螺杆钻具扭矩较小,须采用多次扩孔方能达到大口径管道穿越施工要求,因而施工进度慢、作业成本高、成孔质量差。为减少扩孔次数、满足单次大孔径扩孔钻进需求,设计了大扭矩组合螺杆钻具。该工具主要由公共分流接头、独立螺杆钻具、润滑系统、捆绑式扶正器、组合传动系统和油密封传动轴系统组成。各个螺杆钻具并联布设,通过四边形机构实现扭矩合成和运动传递。采用有限元方法对组合传动系统的曲轴强度进行了分析。分析结果表明:由两端支撑的单拐曲轴、连杆和主曲轴组成的传动系统结构完全满足扭矩传递要求。所得结论可为管道非开挖技术的现场应用提供参考。At present,PDM is mainly used to provide torque for the reaming bit in the trenchless technique for pipeline laying. However,owing to the limited torque provided by the existing PDM,multiple reaming operations are needed to achieve the requirements for large-diameter pipeline crossing construction. Consequent problems like slow operation,high operating costs and poor hole quality are also encountered. To reduce the number of hole reaming operations and meet the requirement of one-run large diameter hole drilling,a high-torque combined PDM is designed. The tool consists of a common diverting joint,an independent PDM,a lubrication system,a bundled centralizer,a combined transmission system and an oil-sealed driveshaft system. The PDM is arranged in parallel,and realizes torque combination and movement transmission by a quadrilateral mechanism. The finite element method is used to analyze the crankshaft strength of the combined transmission system. The analysis results show that,the transmission system,composed of the single-turn crankshaft,the connecting rod and the main crankshaft supported by both ends,could fully meet the torque transmission requirements. The study could provide reference for the field application of trenchless pipeline laying technology.
