摘  要:为解决南堡1-3人工岛大斜度井供气矛盾、结蜡严重及柱塞运行受阻等问题,研究了大斜度井柱塞气举采油工艺技术及柱塞。介绍了柱塞气举采油工艺管柱及工艺流程,设计了具有测试功能、不同直径的柱塞,并对柱塞进行了优化。室内检测和现场试验结果证明:ф58.0 mm的柱塞在大斜度井中工作灵活,安全可靠,实现了动态过程中对压力和温度的实时监测,掌握了不同产能阶段下柱塞的运行状态。该工艺现场应用11口井,日节约注气量2.2万m3,年节省清蜡费用221万元,降低了注入气液比,提高了举升效率,为解决日常生产中的问题及制定合理的工作制度提供了依据。To address the gas supply contradiction,serious wax precipitation and impeded plunger operation in the highly deviated wells in Nanpu 1-3 artificial island,the plunger lift technology and plunger for highly deviated wells are studied. The plunger lift string and process are introduced in detail. The plunger with test function and different dimensions are designed and optimized. Indoor testing and field trial proved that the ф58. 0 mm plunger has a flexible and safe performance in highly deviated wells,allowing real-time monitoring of pressure and temperature during dynamic process and mastering the operation state of the plunger under different production stages.The technology has been applied in 11 wells,saving 22 000 m^3 gas injection per day and 2. 21 million RMB in wax removal costs,reducing the gas-liquid ratio injected and improving the lifting efficiency,providing bases for addressing daily production issues and establishing reasonable work system.
