摘　　要：作为新时代中国社会的主流话语,"中国梦"内含丰富而深刻的伦理文化,激励着广大中国人积极投身于中国特色社会主义伟大实践,是推动新时代中国发展的高昂旋律和精神旗帜。"中国梦"的提出具有独特伦理逻辑,它根植于中国传统的民本思想与马克思主义群众史观,是现代政治话语创新实践的必然产物。"中国梦"的伦理意蕴突出表现为其蕴含深刻的"和平发展"、"合作共赢"的道德伦理和"人民中心"、"坚持民利"、"人民幸福"的政治伦理。进一步深化认识"中国梦"的伦理功能,切实开展"中国梦"的伦理实践,对于推进"中国梦"的伟大实现以及推动人类命运共同体的和谐构建具有重要的意义。as a mainstream Chinese discourse in the new era, the idea of ＂ China Dream＂ contains profound ethical cultural connotations. It is the main melody and banner for the new age that motivates Chinese people to devote themselves into the great practices of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. The idea is infused with unique ethic logic. It is an inevitable outcome of innovated discourse practices rooted in traditional Chinese people-first thoughts and in Marxist perspective of mass people as the dynamic.The idea is featured in moral ethics of ＂peaceful development＂ and ＂win-win cooperation＂ and in political ethics of ＂people-focus＂, ＂people＇ s interest-concern＂ and ＂people happiness target＂. It is necessary to further explore the ethical functions of ＂ China Dream＂ and put it into practices, which is very important for promoting the practice of the Dream and establishing the human community.
