新工业革命下煤矿物资供应管理模式研究

摘　　要：在探讨我国煤矿物资供应管理特点及问题的基础上,创新性地提出了煤矿物资供应管理新模式——基于VMI理论的物资超市模式,并以此为依据,从9个方面分析设计了煤矿物资超市管理体系及系统建设,从煤矿自身、供应商、煤炭行业3个角度分析了系统建设的效果及意义。Based on the exploration of material supply characteristics and problems of coal mine,this paper put forward innovative new coal supplies management model,supplies supermarket based on the VMI theory.On the basis of new model,the coal supplies supermarket management system and system construction were designed from nine aspects,analyzing the effect and significance of system construction from the viewpoints of mine itself,suppliers and coal industry.
