“阳道实,阴道虚”的涵义与糖尿病病机

摘　　要：2型糖尿病的发病与脾胃功能失调密切相关,"阳道实,阴道虚"高度概括了脾与胃的发病特点,但历代医家对此句注解不一。联系《黄帝内经》解读"阳道实,阴道虚"的涵义,认为"阳道实,阴道虚"是从脾胃阴阳相合的角度强调脾病多虚、胃病多实,而脾虚胃实易共同为病,并进一步指出脾虚胃实共同为病是糖尿病发生发展的关键病机。The onset of type 2 diabetes is closely related to the dysfunction of spleen and stomach. ＂Excessive Yang Channels,and Deficient Yin Channels＂highly summarizes the characteristics of spleen and stomach,but the ancient doctors have different comments on this sentence. According to the interpretation of ＂Excessive Yang Channels,and Deficient Yin Channels＂in Inner Canon of Yellow Emporor（ 《黄帝内经》）,it is believed that it emphasizes that spleen disease with deficiency and stomach disease with excess from the point of view of integration of spleen and stomach and yin and yang. And the spleen deficiency and stomach excess cause diseases,and further explore that it is the key pathogenesis of the development of diabetes.
