电针与中药联合治疗对少、弱精子症患者精子质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨电针与中药联合治疗对少、弱精子症患者精子质量的影响。方法将124例少、弱精子症患者按照随机数表法分为3组,电针组41例,中药组41例,针药联合组42例。中药组服用生精散,电针组使用韩式治疗仪(HANS)经皮穴位电刺激治疗,针药联合组服用生精散的同时使用HANS治疗,1个月为1个周期,3个周期后观察3组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后精子浓度、精子活力、精浆中性α-中性葡萄糖苷酶、精浆果糖和精浆锌等主要参数的变化。结果针药联合组有效率为92.9%(39/42),中药组为66.7%(22/33),电针组为75.0%(24/32),针药联合组疗效优于其他两组(P<0.05);3组治疗后精子浓度、精子活力均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),针药联合组优于其他两组(P<0.05)。电针组治疗后精浆果糖较治疗前有所升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后精浆中性α-葡萄糖苷酶和精浆锌较治疗前升高(P<0.05),中药组和针药联合组治疗后精浆中性α-葡萄糖苷酶、精浆果糖和精浆锌均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),针药联合组精浆果糖的升高优于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论针药联合能够改善少、弱精子症患者的精子浓度,增加精浆中性α-葡萄糖苷酶、精浆果糖和精浆锌的分泌,提高精浆质量和精子活力,治疗效果优于单纯使用电针或中药。Objective To observe the effect of Chinese drugs combined electroacupuncture（ EA） on seminal quality of oligospermia and asthenospermia patients. Methods Totally 124 oligospermia and asthenospermia patients were assigned to three groups according to random digit table,the EA group（ A,41 cases）,the Chinese drugs group（ B,41 cases）,and the EA plus Chinese drugs group（ C,42 cases）. Patients in group B took Shengjing Powder. Those in group A received transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation（ TEAS） with HANS. Those in group C took Shengjing Powder and received TEAS with HANS. One month consisted of a cycle. After three cycles,clinical curative effect,changes of sperm density,sperm vitality,seminal plasma neutral α glucosidase,seminal fructose,and seminal plasma zinc were observed in the 3 groups before and after treatment. Results The effective rate was 92. 9%（ 39/42） in group C,66. 7%（ 22/33） in group B,and 75. 0%（ 24/32）in group A. The efficacy was significantly superior in group C（P〈0. 05）. Sperm density and sperm vitality were improved in the 3 groups more obviously after treatment than before treatment（P〈0. 05）,with best effect shown in group C（P〈0. 05）.The seminal fructose was more elevated in group A after treatment than before treatment,but with no statistical differences（P〉0. 05）. The seminal plasma neutral α glucosidase and seminal plasma zinc were more elevated in group A after treatment than before treatment（P〈0. 05）. The seminal plasma neutral α glucosidase,and seminal fructose,seminal plasma zinc were more significantly elevated in group B and group C after treatment than before treatment（P〈0. 05）. The seminal fructose was more elevated in group C after treatment than in group B and group A after treatment（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Chinese drugs combined EA could significantly improve sperm density of oligospermia and asthenospermia patients. Meanwhile,it could increase the secretions of seminal fructose,seminal plasma neutral
