摘　　要：探索省、市、县三级物力集约化模式下集中采购物资合同结算新思路,通过应用先进的光学条码识别技术(OCR)和电子签章技术,开发集采物资电子化结算系统,优化再造结算业务流程,在国网公司系统率先实现结算单据影像文件电子化流转、审批,实现物资结算电子化、全程管控可视化。To explore new methods for centralized procurement of goods and materials contract settlement under provincial,municipal and county-level material intensification mode,this paper adopts the advanced OCR technology and electronic signature technique,and develops an electronic settlement system for centralized procurement of goods and materials,which optimizes the settlement business process.The system has taken the lead in realizing electronic circulation and approval of document image files,and achieving the electronization of material payment and visualization of entire process among the State Grid system.
