摘　　要：目的评价小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗小儿重症肺炎在患者肺功能以及血清炎性因子方面的价值。方法选择我院2015~2017年收治的92例重症肺炎患儿,随机分为采取常规对症支持治疗的对照组、加行小剂量多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗的观察组。对比两组患者治疗效果、血清炎性因子改善情况。结果治疗前组间血清炎性因子指标(IL-6、TNF-α、CRP、IL-8)水平对比,P>0.05差异不显著。治疗后再次对比,观察组各项指标水平明显优于对照组P<0.05。另外,组间治疗总有效率对比,观察组明显高于对照组P<0.05。结论针对重症肺炎患儿,常规对症支持治疗的基础上联合小剂量多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺治疗整体效果更为显著。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the value of small dose dopamine combined with dobutamine in the treatment of pulmonary function and serum inflammatory factors in children with severe pneumonia. METHODS 92 cases admitted from 2015 to 2017 in our hospital with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into support in conventional treatment of the control group,plus small dose dopamine joint dobutamine treatment group. The treatment effect and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. RESULTS The levels of serum inflammatory factors（ IL-6,TNF-alpha,CRP,IL-8） in the pretreatment group were compared,and the difference was not significant in P〈0. 05. After treatment,the indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. In addition,the total effective comparison between groups was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION In the case of children with severe pneumonia,the combination of small dose of dopamine and dobutamine on the basis of conventional symptomatic support therapy is more significant.
