31例肺泡蛋白沉积症的支气管肺泡灌洗液常规细胞学检查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肺泡蛋白沉积症(PAP)的支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)常规细胞学检查特点。方法回顾性分析31例经临床诊断PAP患者的支气管肺泡灌洗液常规细胞学检查结果,并与健康人群结果做对照分析。结果 BALF常规细胞学检查结果显示:标本性状多为乳白色、浑浊;细胞分类巨噬细胞比例降低,淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞比例增高;形态学特点是在脏乱的背景下可见大量的无定形碎片,过碘酸雪夫(PAS)阳性。结论 PAP患者的BALF常规细胞学检查的形态学结果具有特征性,BALF常规细胞学检查可作为诊断PAP的一种重要方法。Objective To investigate the features of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid（BALF） routine cytomorphology examination of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis（PAP）. Methods Totally 31 cases of PAP confirmed by clinical diagnosis were reviewed retrospectively. All cases received BALF routine cytomorphology examination. And the results were compared with healthy volunteers. Results BALF routine cytomorphology examination displayed the following results： characteristics of the specimen were mostly milky and turbidity; the proportion of macrophages was reduced while the proportion of lymphocyte and neutrophils were increased in cell counts; morphological features were extensive cell debris in a dirty background,and the staining for periodic acid-Schiff（PAS） was positive. Conclusion BALF routine cytomorphology examination of PAP has certain characteristics.BALF routine cytomorphology examination can be used as an important method for the diagnosis of PAP.
