摘　　要：目的探讨肝炎患者甲状腺功能指标检测及对血清细胞因子IL-2、IL-8、TNF与FT3、FT4、TSH水平影响。方法选取2015年1月-2016年12月本院收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者150例为研究组,选取同期健康体检人员150例为对照组,对比2组患者血清细胞因子IL-2、IL-8、TNF与FT3、FT4、TSH水平。结果研究组IL-2、IL-8、TNF以及TSH水平均高于对照组,研究组FT3、FT4低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后IL-2、IL-8、TNF以及FT3、FT4、TSH水平对比方面,HBV-DNA转阴患者相关指标均优于未转阴患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者甲状腺功能指标准确度较高,可以实现早诊断以及早治疗,从而改善患者IL-2、IL-8、TNF以及FT3、FT4、TSH水平。Objective To investigate the detection of thyroid function in patients with disease and the effect on the serum cytokines levels of IL-2,IL-8,TNF and FT3,FT4 and TSH. Methods A total of 150 chronic hepatitis B patients admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the study group. 150 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The serum cytokines levels of IL-2 IL-8,TNF and FT3,FT4,TSH. Results The levels of IL-2,IL-8 and TNF in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with the differences statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-8,TNF and FT3,FT4 and TSH were significantly higher in the negative-transferred cases than that in the non-positive transferred cases,with the differences statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The accuracy of thyroid function in patients with chronic hepatitis B is high,and early diagnosis and early treatment can be achieved to improve the levels of IL-2,IL-8,TNF and FT3,FT4 and TSH.
