囊胚解冻移植与卵裂期冻胚解冻后培养囊胚移植的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较研究冷冻囊胚解冻移植与Day3冻胚解冻行囊胚培养后移植的实验室和临床结局。方法收集我院生殖医学中心2015年1月-2017年5月囊胚解冻移植以及Day3冻胚解冻后行囊胚培养后移植的病例,比较其解冻复苏、移植,并随访其临床结局。结果囊组解冻组与Day3冻胚解冻养囊组两组胚胎平均复苏率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),囊胚解冻组周期移植率(100%)明显高于Day3冻胚解冻养囊组(92.9%),(P<0.05)。囊胚解冻组临床妊娠率和出生率与Day3冻胚解冻养囊组相比,均未发现差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在冻胚移植中,选择在冷冻后养囊或者冷冻前养囊可以获得相似的临床结局。Objective：To compare laboratory and clinical outcomes of transfers of vitrified-warmed blastocyst and blastocyst derived from vitrified-warmed Day 3 embryo. Methods：We collected the cases of vitrified-warmed blastocyst and the blastocyst cultured from vitrified-warmed Day3 embryo from January 2015 to May 2017 in our hospital＇s Reproductive Medicine Center. The clinical outcomes of the subsequent warming cycles were evaluated. Results：There was no significant difference in the average recovery rate of the embryo between the vitrified-warmed blastocyst group and blastocyst cultured from vitrified-warmed Day3 embryo group（P〉0.05）. The rate of transfer cycle of the vitrified-warmed blastocyst group was significantly higher than that of the blastocyst cultured from vitrified-warmed Day3 embryo group（92.9%）,（P〉0.05）. The clinical pregnancy rate and birth rate of the vitrified-warmed blastocyst transfer group were not significantly different from those of the blastocyst transfer cultured from vitrified-warmed Day3 embryo group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：In vitrified-warmed embryo transfer,a similar clinical outcome can be achieved by choosing blastocyst transfer either of post-vitrified or pre-vitrified.
