摘　　要：目的系统评价配偶淋巴细胞免疫疗法治疗不明原因复发性流产(URSA)的疗效,为临床治疗提供一定依据。方法应用计算机检索中外文数据库,提取出关于淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗复发性流产(RSA)疗效的随机对照研究,所有检索均截止于2017年2月。由两位评价者按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选文献,提取资料并评价文献质量后,采用RevMan 5.3软件系统评价淋巴细胞免疫疗法的临床疗效。结果最终纳入12个随机对照试验,共计773例受试对象。Meta分析结果显示:孕前和孕后均用配偶淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗组封闭抗体阳性率、妊娠率及活产率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗可提高RSA患者的封闭抗体阳性率、妊娠率和活产率。Objective To systematically review the curative effect of paternal lymphocyte immunotherapy in treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion （URSA）, provide a certain basis for clinical treatment of URSA. Methods Chinese and foreign language databases were retrieved by a computer, the randomized controlled trials about the curative effect of paternal lymphocyte immunotherapy in treatment of URSA were obtained, the retrieval was terminated till February 2017. The literatures were screened by two reviewers according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data was obtained, and the quality of literatures was evaluated, RevMan 5. 3 software was used to e- valuate the clinical effect of paternal lymphocyte immunotherapy. Results A total of 12 randomized controlled trials （773 cases） were final- ly included. Meta analysis showed that the positive rate of blocking antibody, pregnancy rate, and live birth rate in pre- and post-pregnancy paternal lymphocyte immunotherapy group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Pater- nal lymphocyte immunotherapy can increase positive rate of blocking antibody, pregnancy rate, and live birth rate of URSA patients.
