摘　　要：目的探讨我国基层医疗卫生机构全科医生队伍建设的现状,提出基层医疗卫生机构全科医生队伍建设的一些建议。方法采用文献研究法,同时结合笔者多年从事基层全科医学工作的实践经验,分析了基层医疗卫生机构全科医生队伍建设的重要性和必要性。结果我国基层医疗卫生机构全科医生缺口比较大,必须加快全科医生队伍建设。结论建立一支能够胜任基本医疗卫生工作的卫生队伍迫在眉睫。Objective To discuss the status of team construction of general practitioners in primary health care institutions in China, and put forward some suggestions. Methods The importance and necessity of team construction of general practitioners in primary health care institutions were discussed by the literature research method combined with the author＇s practic experience. Results There was a big shortage in the general practitioners in primary health care institutions in China. Therefore, the team construction of general practitioners should be accelerated. Conclusion It is imperative to establish a health team that can be qualified for basic medical health work.
