丹紫康膝冲剂治疗膝骨关节炎肝肾不足证30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察丹紫康膝冲剂治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)肝肾不足证的临床疗效。方法将60例KOA肝肾不足证患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组给予骨康胶囊治疗,治疗组给予丹紫康膝冲剂治疗。4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较2组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、临床症状及体征总评分、中医证候总评分、临床疗效及治疗结束1月后的复发率。结果治疗后2组VAS评分、临床症状及体征总评分、中医证候总评分均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组的中医证候总评分下降更显著,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为90.00%,治疗组为93.33%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组复发率为12.50%,对照组为28.57%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹紫康膝冲剂治疗KOA肝肾不足证临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状,并能有效预防复发,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy of Danzi Kangxi Granule in treating knee osteoarthritis（ KOA）.Methods 60 KOA patients with insufficiency of liver and kidney were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each. The control group was given Gukang Capsule,while the treatment group was intervened with Danzi Kangxi Granule. 4 weeks was as one course. After 1 course,VAS score,clinical symptom and sign total score,TCM symptom score,clinical efficacy,after one-month recurrence rate were compared. Results After treatment,all scores of 2 groups decreased obviously,the difference was significant（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）,while TCM symptom score in treatment group dropped more（ P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of two groups were 90.00%and 93.33% respectively,showing no difference（ P 〉0.05）. The recurrence rate of treatment group was 12. 50%,which of control group was 28.57%,there was no any statistical significance（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Danzi Kangxi Granule is effective in treating KOA due to insufficiency of liver and kidney with significant improvement of the clinical syndromes and recurrence prevention. It can enhance the patients＇ life quality and is worth popularizing in clinic.
