摘 要:通过改变火焰矫正温度,从火焰矫正后钢管的硬度、显微组织以及析出相三个方面研究了火焰矫正温度对SA-213TP347H不锈钢管组织和性能的影响。结果表明:火焰矫正温度愈高,矫正后钢管的硬度则愈低;不锈钢管在火焰矫正过程中没有发生相变,始终是单相奥氏体,但矫正温度过高容易产生晶粒长大、过热甚至过烧。By changing the flame correction temperature,the effects of flame correction temperature on structure and properties of SA-213 TP347 H stainless steel tube were studied from the aspects of hardness,microstructure and precipitated phases.The results show that the higher the flame correction temperature was,the lower the hardness of the steel tube was after flame correction.The stainless steel tube didn't undergo phase change during the flame correction,and the microstructure was always single-phase austenite.If the flame correction temperature was too high,the stainless steel tube was prone to grain growth,overheating or even burning.
