中药内外合治肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎118例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药内外合治肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎患者118例,采用中药消痈乳康汤为主方辨证分型加减内服治疗,并根据乳腺局部肿块、脓肿、瘘管情况灵活结合外治法(如箍围法、切排法、祛腐生肌法、提脓祛腐法、垫棉绑缚法)治疗。结果:痊愈115例,好转3例,复发2例。痊愈率97.5%,复发率1.7%。结论:中药内外合治肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎效果显著。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of combined internal and external traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） therapy in the treatment of granulomatous lobular mastitis. Methods： A total of 118 patients with granulomatous lobular mastitis were enrolled and treated with oral administration ofdecoction based on syndrome differentiation. External treatment was given based on local mass,abscess,and fistula in the breast,such as hoop method,cutting and removing method,method of removing slough and promoting growth of tissue regeneration,pus drainage and removal of necrotic tissue,and cotton pad bandaging method. Results： Of all patients,115 were cured,3 were improved,and 2 experienced recurrence. The cure rate was 97. 5%,and the recurrence rate was 1. 7%. Conclusion： Combined internal and external TCM therapy has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of granulomatous lobular mastitis.
