摘 要:现有的排水管道非开挖修复技术并不能解决破损管道结构承载能力下降的问题。为解决此问题,本文主要研究了一种用于排水管道结构性修复的管道内支架,该型内支架采用开合管片的设计,使其与原管道结构共同受力。通过拼装结构设计,简化修复工艺。经有限元计算及荷载试验验证,该型管道内支架能有效增强破损管道的承载能力,为需要结构补强的管道修复提供参考依据。Existing trenchless repair technology can not restore the bearing capacity of the damaged sewer pipes. In order to solve this problem, this paper mainly studied a kind of inner pipe support for the structural repair of sewer pipes. The inner pipe support adopt the design of open and close pipe pieces to make it work together with the original pipeline structure. Through the assembly structure design, the repair process was simplified. The finite element calculation and load test was verified that the type of inner pipe support could effectively enhance the bearing capacity of the sewer pipes. The research results provide reference for the structural reinforcement of the sewer pipes.
