摘 要:某炼钢厂房480 t天车,投产运行10年后,钢吊车梁明显晃动,支座加劲肋与下翼缘连接位置焊缝开裂。通过现场调查、有限元仿真模拟,得出焊缝开裂、振动异常的主要原因是吊车梁制动板与柱连接的扭剪型高强螺栓松动、失效。由于结构设计时,制动板与柱的连接螺栓按铰接考虑,仅承受横向水平力;而由于平面效应,制动板与柱连接处尚存在平面内弯矩,导致螺栓不仅承受横向水平力,还需抵抗因平面内弯矩产生的纵向约束力,因此实际合力较设计工况大,高强螺栓因抗力不足而松动、失效。After a steelmaking plant with 480 tons crane has been put into operation for 10 years,some situation arise,such as shaking of steel crane beam and cracking of weld seam between support stiffener and lower flange joint. Through field investigation and finite element simulation,the main reasons for the weld seam cracking and abnormal vibration were obtained. That were looseness and failure of torsion shear high-strength bolts for crane beam brake plate and column connection. When designing the structure,the connecting bolts of the brake plate and the column were considered as hinged joints and only bear lateral horizontal forces. However,due to the plane effect,there were in-plane bending moments between the brake plate and the column connection,which might lead to the bolts not only to bear lateral horizontal forces,but also to resist longitudinal restraint caused by in-plane bending moments. Therefore,the actual resultant force is usually larger than the design condition,and the high strength bolts occurs looseness and failure because of lack of resistance.
