摘  要:在石油树脂阳离子聚合生产过程中,聚合物不能直接使用,必须通过添加终止剂来完成聚合反应终止。常用终止方法有碱洗、酸洗或水洗,工艺复杂,残渣废液难处理,环境污染大,产率低,台时长。针对此问题,选用蛭石和高岭土为载体,预先负载石油树脂阳离子聚合反应链终止剂焦磷酸三聚氰胺,得到集链终止与过滤为一体的功能复合助滤剂。利用蛭石遇热膨胀和焦磷酸三聚氰胺遇热分解产生难燃气体特性,该助滤剂残渣又被直接用于制备膨胀型高氯化聚乙烯防火涂料,过滤残渣被有效利用,解决了环境污染问题。通过XRD、SEM、TG等方法进行结构及性能分析,并详细阐述了聚合反应链终止、助滤和阻燃机理。In the cationic polymerization process for the petroleum resin production, polymer can not be used directly because it is a living ionic polymer. The termination of the polymerization must be completed by adding a chain terminator. The commonly used methods are alkaline, acid or water wash. The process is complicated. Waste residue is difficult to deal. Environmental pollution is serious and yield is low. Regarding the problem, vermiculite and kaolinite are selected as the new functional complex filter adsorption melamine polyphosphate. The filter which had chain termination and filtration properties was obtained. Then, utilization of vermiculite thermal expansion and thermal decomposition of melamine polyphosphate, the filter waste residue directly used to prepare high chlorinated polyethylene fire retardant coating. The residue was effectively utilized. The environmental pollution will be reduced. The structure and performance were analyzed by XRD, SEM and TG, et al. The mechanisms of polymerization chain termination, filter and flame retardant are described.
