摘  要:目的 :观察靳三针针刺法联合音乐疗法治疗自闭症患儿语言障碍的疗效。方法 :选取2013年12月至2016年12月治疗的自闭症患儿100例,依据治疗方法分为音乐疗法治疗组(A组)和靳三针针刺联合音乐疗法治疗组(B组),每组50例。结果:A组和B组治疗后儿童自闭症评定量表(CARS)得分明显低于治疗前,语言功能得分明显高于治疗前;组间比较,B组治疗后CARS得分明显低于A组,语言功能得分明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);B组治疗有效率和语言障碍改善率明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:靳三针针刺联合音乐疗法可有效提高自闭症患儿的疗效,有利于改善患儿语言障碍。Objective:To observe the effects of Jin Three Needling acupuncture combined with music thera- py for the language disorder of children with autism. Methods:Total 100 children patients with autism were selected from December 2013 to December 2016,according to the treatment,all patients were divided into the music therapy group(group A) and Jin Three Needling acupuncture combined with music therapy group (group B),50 patients in each group. Results:Compared with before treatment,the childhood autism rating scale(CARS) scores in group A and group B were significantly reduced,the language function scores of two groups were significantly increased. After treatment,CARS scores in group B was significantly lower than that in group A,the language function scores in group B was significantly higher than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The therapeutic response rate and language barrier improve- ment rate in group B were significantly higher than those in group A,the difference was statistically signifi- cant(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Jin Three Needling acupuncture combined with music therapy can increase the therapeutic effects of children with autism,it is helpful to improve the language disorder in children.
