闵仲生从脾论治寻常型银屑病经验

摘　　要：闵仲生教授认为,脾虚湿蕴型银屑病是寻常型银屑病的一种特殊证型,相较于其他证型的银屑病具有病程久、缠绵不愈、反复发作等特点。总结闵仲生教授从脾论治脾虚湿蕴型银屑病的辨证要点、病因病机及治疗原则,举例阐释闵仲生教授从脾论治银屑病的临床经验及选方用药特色。Professor MIN Zhongsheng believes that psoriasis of spleen deficiency with dampness retention type is a special type of psoriasis vulgaris. Compared with other types,the psoriasis has the characteristics of long duration,lingering,and repeated attacks. The differentiation points,etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment principles in treating psoriasis vulgaris of spleen deficiency and dampness retention type based on the spleen were summarized,and Professor MIN Zhongsheng＇s experience and medication characteristics in treat- ing psoriasis based on the spleen were exemplified.
