摘 要:目的 :比较硫熏和未熏蒸西洋参中6种皂苷类成分含量与二氧化硫含量的变化,考察硫熏对西洋参化学成分与二氧化硫残留量的相关性。方法:化学成分含量测定采用Hypersil ODS C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%的磷酸水,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长203 nm;二氧化硫含量测定采用药典收载的酸蒸馏碘滴定法。结果:硫熏样品较未熏样品6种皂苷类成分含量降低,硫熏样品较未熏样品二氧化硫残留量升高。结论:硫磺熏蒸使西洋参化学成分含量降低,二氧化硫残留增加,且在一定范围内随着二氧化硫残留量的增加,化学成分的损失越严重。Objective:The contents of six kinds of saponins and sulfur dioxide in sulfuric fumigated and uufumigated Xiyangshen(Panacis quinquefolii radix) were compared,and the correlation between the contents of chemical components and sulphur dioxide residue of Xiyangshen(Panaeis quinquefolii radix) was investigat- ed. Methods:The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Hypersil ODS C18 eolumn(250mm×4.6mm, 5 μm) using a mobile phase made up of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min in content determination. The detection wave length and column temperature were set at 203 nm and 35 ℃ re- spectively. Content determination of SO2 used acid distillation iodometric titration in Pharmacopoeia. Re- sults:The contents of six kinds of saponins in the sulfuric fumigated samples were lower than those in the unfumigated samples,but the contents of SO2 in the sulfuric fumigated samples were higher than those in the unfmnigated samples. Conclusion:Sulfur fumigation decreased the contents of chemical components in Xiyangshen(Panacis quinquefolii radix) and the contents of SO2 residue increased. Within a certain range, with the increase of sulfur dioxide residue ,the loss of chemical components is more serious.
