摘　　要：本文探讨了凝胶腈纶染色工艺中染色pH值、染色温度、染料浓度等对染色性能的影响。结果显示染色温度为50℃、染色时间为20 s、染色pH值在4~6时,腈纶凝胶染色纤维的耐洗色牢度可达4~5级。In this paper the effects of pH value,dyeing temperature and dyeing time on the gel-dyeing of acrylic fiber were discussed.The result shows the washing fastness of gel-dyeing of acrylic fiber can be grade 4 to grade 5 when at temperature of 50 ℃,for dyeing time of 20 s and in the pH range of 4 to 6.
