择时选经取穴与督脉点刺治疗偏瘫740例临床观察

摘　　要：择时选经取穴针法是根据子午流注学说的纳甲法,以十二经络气血盛衰与穴位开阖的规律而施治的。督脉点刺疗法是根据督脉循行于脊里,入络于脑,其经气活动与脑有密切关系。According to Day-prescribing method ot Midni-ght-Noon Ebb-Flow,7'0 cases of hemiplegia weretreated by the selection of certain points of certainmeridians in certain time in combination with thepricking at Du meridian.For instance,7:00 to 9:00a.m in the day of Jia-S,Futu,Zusanli,Fenglongand Jicxi of Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangmingare prescribed;and from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m in thesame day,Xuehai,Yinlingquan and Sanyinjiao ofSpleen Meridian of Foot Taiyin are selected.Afterthe arrival of Qi,needles are retained in other po-ints for 20 minutes.The needling is once for everyother day and 10 sessions constitute one course oftreatment.By 2 to 4 courses,135 cases were cured,259 were markedly effective,286 were improved,and 59 failed.
