摘  要:20世纪80年代以来,随着决策支持系统的提出以及计算机、通信、移动互联网、地理信息系统、遥感、虚拟现实、数据库、定位巡航、"互联网+"的物联网、大数据、云计算、视频监控等信息化与高新技术的应用,国内洪水管理信息系统和防洪决策支持系统的研究与应用取得了很大进展。从基础信息分类与应用、防汛信息服务平台以及洪水分析计算与评估模型等方面讨论了防洪决策支持系统研究与应用现状,在洪水分析模型方面,重点分析与讨论了气象预报、洪水预报调度以及灾情评估等分析模型应用情况与存在问题。Since the 1980 s,decision support system has been greatly advanced,along with technological development of computer science,communications,mobile internet,geographic information systems,remote sensing,virtual reality,databases management system,positioning and cruising,mobile internet of things,big data analysis and cloud computing,video surveillance system,etc. The application of information technology and high technology,flood management information systems,and flood control decision support systems have made great progress in China. This paper reviews the state of art of flood control decision support systems research and application in the aspects of basic information classification and application,flood management system and platform,flood analysis model,and flood disaster risk assessment. In terms of flood analysis model,it focuses on application of weather forecast,flood forecast,and disaster evaluations.
